How It Works
Why did my listing get taken down?
Our biggest priority at glassgrab is ensuring a safe and secure experience for both buyers and sellers. If your listing has been taken down, it is because some aspect of it made the moderators deem it unsafe. Reasons for this can include not having good enough feedback, posting inappropriate items, or not including a name and date within your images if your account could not be identified as trustworthy by our moderators.
What does it mean when the following image appears on a listing:
We have our own listing and seller review process to ensure a positive experience using our platform. If you see that listing, it means the item in question has been reviewed by glassgrab. It is not a guarantee that the transaction will be perfect, but it should reduce the likelihood of fraud.
How do I know a seller is who they say they are?
Aside from our feedback system, a seller can prove their identity by connecting their Instagram to their profile. It is impossible to connect an Instagram that does not belong to you.
Who do I contact if I have feedback on or a problem concerning the app?
For non-payment related issues, you can contact us
and we'll be happy to address any concerns or questions that you may have.
Who is liable if the item breaks in transit?
It is the seller's responsibility to ensure that the item is packaged safely. We advise using bubble wrap, foam peanuts, and on occasion double-boxing to ensure the item does not get damaged in the mail.
What do I do if I have an issue with somebody else's posted listing or user profile?
You can use the "Report Listing" or "Report User" functionality from within the app to bring any misuse to the attention of our moderators. We will then review the item or user in question and take appropriate action.
Do you charge anything to use your platform?
No! GlassGrab is completely free to use and you only get charged if your items sell.
